Subprocessors

Automated Recruiter uses trusted third-party providers to operate the platform, process payments, communicate with users, and provide support. Each subprocessor is permitted to process personal data only as necessary to provide the relevant service, and is bound by appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.

Azure OpenAI Data Processing
Automated Recruiter uses Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service — a managed service hosted within Microsoft Azure infrastructure under your Azure subscription — not the public OpenAI API. Microsoft's Azure OpenAI data privacy terms explicitly state that customer prompts and completions are not available to other customers, are not available to OpenAI, and are not used to train OpenAI models or improve Microsoft or third-party products. Resume and candidate content is transmitted to Azure OpenAI only as needed to provide the relevant feature, within the same Azure region as the rest of the platform infrastructure.

This list may change as the platform evolves. We will update this page when material subprocessors are added or changed. Enterprise customers may request advance notice of subprocessor changes and additional subprocessor details through Contact.
