Security Overview

Last updated: April 24, 2026

Automated Recruiter is designed to protect customer, job, applicant, billing, and support data through layered technical and operational safeguards.

Hosting and Infrastructure

The platform runs on managed cloud infrastructure. Production systems are separated from development workflows, and access to production resources is limited to authorized operators with a business need.

Encryption

Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Cloud platform storage and managed services provide encryption at rest for stored data, including applicant records, resumes, logs, and billing-related records where applicable.

Access Controls

Administrative access is restricted and reviewed as the platform evolves. Where supported, production resources use managed identity, role-based access controls, and least-privilege permissions.

Application Safeguards

Automated Recruiter applies tenant-scoped data access patterns, validates inputs, and uses structured operational logging to help investigate issues without intentionally exposing sensitive content in public surfaces.

Monitoring and Incident Response

Operational monitoring is used to detect service issues and support incident response. Public service-impact updates may be posted on the Status page, and customers can contact us with security, privacy, or data questions through Contact.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for using the platform lawfully, managing access to their accounts, and ensuring they have the right to upload or process applicant and recruiting data. See the Acceptable Use Policy for additional requirements.
