Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the platform to:
- violate any applicable law or regulation
- engage in unlawful discrimination or violate employment or civil rights laws
- process personal data without appropriate legal basis, notice, or authorization
- make fully automated employment decisions where prohibited by applicable law, including without independent human review where required
- use platform outputs, scores, summaries, or evaluations as consumer reports under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or as the sole basis for adverse employment action without independent review and compliance with all applicable notice, disclosure, and rights obligations
- upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt platform operations
- bypass security controls or access data without authorization
- scrape or extract platform data unlawfully
- build or train competing systems using platform outputs or proprietary behavior
Automated Recruiter may suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy.
