Built by someone who understands the hiring problem
Built from real recruiting work
Automated Recruiter was created by Justin Ellis, a senior technical recruiter with more than 10 years of hands-on recruiting experience across defense, IT, engineering, software, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and AI/ML roles. Before recruiting, Justin served in the Marine Corps and worked as a systems/network administrator and electronics engineer, giving him the technical context to understand both the hiring manager's requirements and the applicant's actual background.
Why it exists
Most recruiting tools either expect perfect inputs, scatter applicants across different platforms, or return generic AI summaries that are not tied tightly enough to the job. Real hiring does not work that way. People hiring for a role often start with partial information, evolving requirements, location constraints, and more applicants than they can reasonably review. Automated Recruiter was built to bring structure to that reality instead of pretending the work is cleaner than it is.
The challenge it solves
The hard part is not just writing a job description or summarizing a resume. It is turning rough role context into a repeatable screening process, collecting applicants from multiple sources into one workflow, removing obvious mismatches, applying modern keyword and location filters, and assessing each resume against the specific job instead of generating a generic summary. That is the problem Automated Recruiter is built to solve.
Why this product is different
This product started from real workflow automation, not a generic idea about AI. Justin built applicant assessment and scheduling workflows in his own recruiting work to reduce manual screening, shorten time-to-contact for strong applicants, and spend more time on high-value conversations. Automated Recruiter turns that same lesson into a product: structure the job, filter the noise, assess applicants against what the role actually needs, and prepare the user to interview better.
What we believe
Anyone hiring should be able to turn rough hiring input into a structured job workspace, narrow a large applicant pool down to people worth speaking to, and walk into first calls with a clear game plan. Automated Recruiter supports that workflow across technical, manufacturing, healthcare, business, and other specialized hiring needs.
